Yoga & Mindfulness Program
We started our journey on 2019. Our kids yoga certificated instructor is a mom of 2, practices yoga for more than 10 years! And decided to share her passion with the little ones too.
We are the first Kids Yoga Classes at GA offering Yoga + Meditation + Mindfulness classes to children weekly.
Our goal is to be a good example to the children and motivate them to adopt these healthy habits which are useful during their daily life, like how to manage stress and anxiety. How to center and calm themselves and take deep breaths. Practicing yoga poses and meditation are beneficial for all children; athletes, kids with autism, kids who are experiencing big changes in their lives, kids with physical limitations like THS, teens with Parkinson's, who have any conditions physically, mentally or emotionally to hold them back from joining the team and/or ball sports.
Our classes are 45 min for all ages and drop-off sessions. You may stay and watch their sessions outside if wish. We provide all the yoga equipment. Just send them comfortable clothes and a water bottle.
