About Us
Our Story
We started as Kidsfull Yoga in 2019. Still keep teaching to our little yogis weekly at Kidsfull Yoga Studio.
Honored to win The Best of Georgia Reward in the yoga & pilates category as Kidsfull Yoga LLC in 2022. Won The Best of Georgia Regional Winner on 2023 as Akasha Yoga and The Best of Georgia Honorable Mention as Kidsfull Yoga on 2023!
We added adult yoga classes in 2020 as Akasha Yoga. Our founder and instructor, Meric Mizrakli is a Yoga Alliance Registered 500h Yoga Teacher + Experienced Yoga Teacher.
Now we are offering 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training approved by Yoga Alliance.
Beside moving the body and improving strength and focus with yoga, we practice different breathing methods in each session to learn how to be more mindful about our breath.
Practicing calming methods and centering tools to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and manage stress and anxiety. Life is good! We can make it better and more harmonious together with self awareness.
