100% In Person at our Suwanee studio. It is an enriched program with Subtle Body and Energy, Mudras and Mantras, Meditation and Breathwork besides teachings about Yoga Styles & Teachings Methods & Anatomy & Yoga Philosophy and many more.

This 200-hour yoga teacher training is approved by Yoga Alliance.
Anybody who has an interest in YOGA is welcome to join.

Your training manual is included which is a book of 105 pages.
FREE yoga membership will be activated on September 2026
Training is Semi-private.
