Service Description

We learn about yoga poses and meditation. Practice mindful breathing and play yoga games. Age 5 and older. Tuesdays 5:00 pm. Occasionally on Saturdays at 10:20 am as well! 40 min drop-off sessions. All the materials will be provided. There is a monthly membership $88
