A relaxing and nurturing class with sound healing. 1 hour full of stretching and relaxation will help you to clear your mind and get aligned. Sebastian from @metabear will be our guest to practice sound therapy. He plays Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, hand-pan and other instruments during our session.
