This session is 1 hour, for all levels, yoga equipments will be provided. Please bring white or light color socks. These sessions are designed to relax you deeply at another level, we practice gentle and restorative yoga, mindful breaths, meditation while absorbing the benefits of Salt Therapy! Join us at our Himalayan Salt + Natural Stone room. Salt therapy (halo-therapy) helps with sinuses, skin problems, asthma, clearing the mucus of the lungs post Covid, helps you to get you into a clear mindset, cleanse energetic field. Many benefits physically, mentally and spiritually.
