Follow your own deep listening on preparing yourself for the session—examples may be meditation, contemplation, time in nature, journaling, nourishing and nurturing yourself or anything else to which you are led. Listen to your inner wisdom and guidance as you move into and then experience this soundscape.
It is normal to experience fluctuations in body temperature during the immersion so feel free to dress in comfy clothing.
