About the event
This practice’s goal is to help people learn to celebrate
the creativity and autonomy of healing, mindful movement, sensory awareness, and neurosomatic education. Join licensed somatic practitioner Pooja for an hour of release and reset! Socks 🧦 are required no water inside. You don’t need to bring your yoga mats.
