About the event
Experience this special session at the Himalayan Pink Salt Cave. We will be doing restorative yoga with a slow flow fusion. Also a guided meditation and lots of breathing methods. Enjoy every moment of this healing atmosphere when you let your muscles to release the tension, you can focus on your breath&mind&soul. (Please bring socks, no shoes inside. You don’t need to bring mats. Blankets, lavender eye pillows, yoga bolsters&blocks will be provided )
