This is a short yoga class where moms can get great stretching with their babies. (0-24 months old) We focus on the moms, practice mindful breathing and helpful mind exercises while babies can play and observe. It’s always cheerful to gather with other moms for some yoga time 🤍

About the event
Come in comfy clothes to practice yoga. We might engage babies at some poses and depending on the ages they may participate. Feel free not to stress and just come and relax while you are meeting with other moms. You will learn breathing methods and mindfulness exercises beside yoga stretching. If your baby is in the car seat you can bring it inside. This class is 30 min and all ages up to 24 months are welcome.
No snacking in the studio, please use the restroom to change diapers. Thank you for your understanding.
