So many women asked for this. They wished they don’t need to drive far or plan a travel, arrange their families or budget the flights. Here we are created this “Back to Me~ Day Retreat 🧖🏼♀️ 🧘 🌿 “ at our studio/ holistic wellness center at Suwanee.
Schedule:
9:00am Gathering (Opening circle&cacao ceremony)
9:30am Morning Yoga
10:30am Mini Salt Sessions start alternating with express facial/ sauna (You will pick)
11:30am Break
