9:00am — Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class
10:10am — Salt Therapy time to relax and get salt therapy
11:00am — Double Person Infrared Sauna (chat + detox)
Alternating at 11:40am (20–30 min):• Yoni steam — alone time to heal the woman parts
Prana mat + red light mask therapy — acupressure mat + collagen boost/rejuvenation (20 min)
