🕊️ 9:00am — Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class
🕊️ 10:10am — Salt Therapy time to relax and get salt therapy
🕊️ 11:00am — Double Person Infrared Sauna (chat + detox) 💦
Alternating at 11:40am (20–30 min):
• Yoni steam — alone time to heal the woman parts
• Prana mat + red light mask therapy — acupressure mat + collagen boost/rejuvenation (20 min)
🕊️ Saturdays only. You can pick your date and services at the end.
